About the CondoWelcome to our Frisco, Colorado Home
For years we came to Frisco and borrowed the home of a friend close by. We fell in love with the town, this neighborhood and the stream flowing out the back door. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
We purchased our place furnished in 70’s traditional, and have attempted to transform it to a place of our own. We’d call it playful, with some of our favorite pieces of furniture, cookbooks, art and memorabilia. Yet it’s still a work in progress. If there is something missing for your comfort, please let us know.

The unit sleeps 4-6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, feather duvet,tv with cable, adjacent bathroom and separate sink area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, feather duvet, sink in the room and bath down the hall, and the sounds of Cabin Creek just outside the window. The large living room has a queen size sofa bed.
The cupboards are stocked with everything even spices and teas. Games, puzzles, books, music CD's and videos/ DVD's are yours to use, even a complete set of classic Faerie Tale Theatre videos. We have also compiled a dining guide and detailed list of our favorite places in and around Frisco/Summit County. We have 2 adult mountain bikes, complete with helmets/locks and European baskets available for your use. Bike trails abound in Summit County.
We have agreements with local folks to clean and provide repair services as needed. We are only a phone call, and 90 minutes away in Denver if you have questions or problems of any kind.
The charming town of Frisco is an easy walk from our place and has many restaurants, shops, coffee bars and historical attractions. Away from the crowds of the large ski towns, Frisco has a real home town feel. A great group of Colorado people are in the town to serve you. No need to hassle the parking at ski areas. The free Summit Stage is half a block away with access to all Summit County ski areas. Access to bike and hiking paths are only blocks away.
Amenities: WiFi, Two bicycles with European baskets and helmets/locks are available for your use. Fireplace, Local Phone, Cable TV in 2 rooms, VCR/ DVD player, Stereo/CD Player, Full Kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, cooking amenities like waffle iron/ crock pot/ popcorn maker. Electric and charcoal BBQ Grills. Linens provided, on-site shared Hot Tub, Sauna and Pool. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Activities (on site or nearby): Many trails for Hiking or Snow Shoeing, miles and miles of paved Biking trails, Horseshoes and other game activities on site, great fishing nearby, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Boating, Rafting, Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding, Golf, Tennis, and a Recreation Center in both Breckenridge and Silverthorne. Most activities are reachable via the free Summit County Shuttle bus or a short drive. The hot springs in Glenwood Springs, about an hour away, are world reknowned and open year round.
